    2012 – Present Mediator, “MAHOT” program. A program designed to increase the use of Mediation solving civil claims in Israeli courts.

    2002 – 2014 Senior Mediation and Negotiation Instructor. Approved Mediation and Practicum Instructor by “Kama” committee. Gevim Group.

    2004 – 2005 Mediation in Education Program Supervisor. Responsible for about 30 program instructors (students, parents and teachers). Gevim Group.

    2004 – 2005 Coordinator of mediation cases from the Small Claims Court. Gevim Group.
