    Rachelly Ashwall-Yakar holds a PhD from the Conflict Resolution, Management and Negotiation Interdisciplinary Program at the Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
    She is a Fellow of the State President of Israel for outstanding studies for her PhD research, which focus on transformative relations between conflictual identity groups within the Jewish society in Israel.
    Dr. Ashwall-Yakar is a professional mediator, and facilitator of mediation and negotiation workshops.
    During 2020, she was a post-doctorate researcher at the Center of Jewish and Democratic Law, at the Law Faculty, Bar-Ilan University.
    er three main research domains include Identity-based conflicts, Conflict Resolution Education and Online dispute resolution (ODR).
    She is a lecturer on the Conflict Resolution, Management and Negotiation Interdisciplinary Program at Bar-Ilan University, and facilitates courses in the Crises Management Studies within the program.
    ver the past few years, she has also served as project manager in the Jerusalem Intercultural Center, and facilitates workshops in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence.
    She was Co-founder and a Director of “Agree-Online”, the first Israeli startup company for educating conflict resolution in the digital era.
