    ד"ר מעין קציר היא מרצה בכירה בתוכנית לניהול ויישוב סכסוכים ומו"מ.

    מחקריה, המתפרסמים בכתבי עת מדעיים בתחום הפסיכולוגיה, עוסקים ברגשות, בוויסות עצמי ורגשי, בקבלת החלטות ומו"מ, וביחסים בין קבוצות. לאחרונה היא קיבלה מענק (גראנט) מהקרן הגרמנית ישראלית (GIF – German Israeli Foundation) על מנת לחקור כיצד ניתן להמעיט בשימוש בכלים חד פעמיים (ובכך למנוע סכסוכים עתידיים).  

    ד"ר קציר מלמדת בתוכנית קורסים העוסקים בתהליכים פסיכולוגיים המובילים ליצירת סכסוכים ולשימורם, וכן תהליכים פסיכולוגיים התורמים ליישובם.
